                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TEMPORARY
                   CLOSURE OF ONE LANE OF EAST THIRD STREET AND
                   ONE LANE OF CENTRAL AVENUE MORE PARTICULARLY
                   DESCRIBED HEREIN ON SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 18,
                   1990 FOR THE PRESENTATION OF "THE RONALD
                   MCDONALD HOUSE PARADE AND GRAND OPENING"
                   UNDER THE SPONSORSHIP OF THE RONALD MCDONALD
                   HOUSE.

                 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       temporary closing of the westbound curb lane of East Third Street 

       between Holtzclaw Avenue and Central Avenue, and the northbound
       curb lane of Central Avenue between East Third Street and the
       entrance to the Ronald McDonald House on Sunday, November 18, 
1990
       from 1:00 P.M. to 3:00 P.M. for the presentation of "The Ronald
       McDonald House Parade and Grand Opening" under the sponsorship of 

       the Ronald McDonald House provided that the sponsor shall set out 

       and pick up flasher barricades, traffic cones, and traffic signs
       in accordance with the traffic control plan attached hereto and
       shall provide, at all times, an access lane for fire and other
       emergency vehicles.
